Hello!
Luke Wohlgemuth is an illustrator and designer living and working in New York City. He’s an eager and somewhat nerdy freelancer who makes thoughtful designs, illustrations, and animations for magazines, newspapers, and publishing houses.
Luke has worked with clients including The New York Times, The New Yorker, NBC News, Penguin Random House, and The Strand Bookstore.
Luke graduated with his MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Originally hailing from Lincoln, Nebraska, he received his BFA in Graphic Design from Concordia University, Nebraska. Recently, Luke signed on as a designer/illustrator with the New York ad agency M Booth, working with clients such as Google, American Express, and Johnson & Johnson, to name a few.
His work has been recognized and awarded by the American Illustration Annual, 3x3 Illustration Annual, and the Society of Illustrators, winning a silver medal in the 64th annual international illustration competition.
